Contract Terms
Flexible Terms
The Bradford Court Business Centre offer 3 Years contract with only 12 months minimum, means you are not tied in for long periods & have the ability to expand or contract according to your changing needs.
1. Deposit is 1 month’s Rent.
2. One month rent in advance.
3. Payment is taken by Direct Debit on the 1st working day of each month
4. Only 3 months notice to exit after the 1st anniversary.
We provide the ideal central Birmingham home to both new and established businesses wanting to keep their overheads to a minimum, with no long-term commitments.
At Bradford Court we want our clients to grow and prosper, so we are here to assist you in your expansion. So in mid term if you require more space we can help you move into larger office or vice versa.
Our serviced offices range from 1 person to 20 persons.

How quickly can my service be set-up?
Answer: Services can be set-up within 24 hours once the completed application forms, identification documents and payment have been received.
Am I able to come in to view the premises?
Answer: Yes of course - we encourage you to visit us to view our meeting rooms, hot desk & internet cafe areas, and receive a demonstration of our personalised answering from one of our exceptional receptionists. Once you sign up for a service its always a pleasure to see you, so just pop in!
What is the minimum contract?
Answer: Bradford Court Business Centre offers a 3 years contract with only 12 months minimum as standard on all Serviced office contracts to ensure you are still in control of your business and cash flow. This also allows you to move services as your business expands or your needs change. We require 1 month rent as deposit and invoiced 1 month in advance on Office services. Longer contracts are available on request.
Do you offer flexible office space or a hot desking solutions? If so how much?
Answer: Dedicated workstations are available at Bradford Court Business Centre for £20 per person per day and include broadband Internet connectivity with a telephone extension. This is subject to availability on an ad hoc basis. You can connect your laptop & make out going calls using your specifically allocated account code. This area is operated on a 1st come 1st served basis and we ask that everyone is respectful of the fact that this is free space and full time daily use is NOT permitted.
